What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, shipping address, the items you ordered, the payment method you chose and the order total.
- Email signups: the address you enter and the page you signed up from.
- Anonymous usage: a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, the pages you view, and the steps you reach in the cart and checkout.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Card payments are handled by Square.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order, arrange shipping or pickup, and answer your questions.
- To confirm your order by email and contact you if something about it needs checking.
- To confirm you are 18 or older, which is why we ask for a date of birth.
- To send the peptide guide and occasional product news, if you ticked the consent box.
- To see which pages and links bring people to the store and where checkout is abandoned, so we can improve it.
Who can see it
Your order is visible to the Active Wellness Rx team. If you ordered through a partner link, such as Dynamic Therapy Rx, that partner is credited with the sale; their commission report shows the order date, items, payment method and commission, not your date of birth or address. We do not sell your information.
We use Square for card payments, Netlify to host the site, Supabase for the order database and email delivery for confirmations. They process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and product-support reasons. Email signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous usage events are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time by replying to any email and asking to be removed. To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, email activewellrx@gmail.com.
